About Me
Chad Lucien-Caprieta grew up with very humble beginnings in the Village of Le Platte. He spent many weekends in the company of his relatives in Paramin by his grandmother. The Caprieta family is a very religious family, so Chad was grown in the Roman Catholic faith spending many Sunday mornings in Church. He attended Sacred Heart Boys RC primary school (formally known as Western Boys RC) and late passed for his first choice of Trinity College. At College, he completed his studies of the Sciences and Math disciplines and even some technical drawing for CXC. After graduating from college he went on to complete his A’ Levels in Polytechnic Institute where he did Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. He then attended the University of the West Indies and came out with a Double major in Chemistry and Biochem. During his time in UWI, he picked up hobbies such as hockey and bartending. He made the latter a part-time source of income for some time both in UWI and after. Since leaving UWI, Chad had held multiple Sales and management positions but has kept his customer service passion.
